This remarkable event was held under the esteemed patronage of our Chairman, Mr. Sanjeewa Wickramanayake , Divisional Educational Secretary, Wansapathi Uru Warige Wannia Aththo, a respected leader of the indigenous Vedda community in Sri Lanka, and several others.

EWIS Colombo Limited, and Singhagiri (Pvt) Ltd have joined forces to bring the latest technology to the Sri Lankan market. This was announced at a press briefing held at the Jaic Hilton on the 30th December 2022.
The first-ever locally assembled televisions are now available in all leading stores island-wide.
37th Anniversary
On the occasion of our 37th Anniversary as part of our celebrations and under its flagship CSR program “Mauwbimata Danum Sathkara”, we were able to present a fully-fledged ‘Smart Classroom’ to Dunuhappawa Secondary School on 02 May 2023. With the aim of uplifting the skills of the teachers and students to build a future-ready Sri Lanka.

Celebration of 37 Years
In celebration of 37 years of team EWIS, through the “Mawubimata Danum Sathkara” project the ceremony of distribution of school equipment kits to over 1000 school children in Anuradhapura district was held with great success on 20th May 2023 at Ruwanweli Mahasa public ground, with the patronage of the Chancellor of Rajarata University of Sri Lanka, iithala watunu wawe gnathilake nayaka thero, and with the initiative taken by the chairm
Hambantota Zonal Schools Art Competition
The Hambantota Zonal Schools Art Competition was organized by the Hambantota Zonal Education Office to improve the aesthetic skills of students was held on 21 October 2023 at St. Mary’s College, Hambantota where 270 students participated, representing 89 schools in the Hambantota region. All students were recognized for their efforts while the outstanding students were presented with prizes was held on 2 November 2023 at the Sooriyawewa City Hall. This event was sponsored by EWIS Colombo Limited, Sri Lanka's first and only Original Device Manufacturer, on the occasion of its 10th Anniversary.
